In
2000 SCI* launched Dignity Memorial, the new national brand name
for its funeral homes. SCI selected Saxton-Ferris to execute the new branding
strategy in the Yellow Pages, based both on our capabilities and excellent
references from other Saxton-Ferris clients. The challenge was to develop
a program that gathered all the funeral homes and cemeteries under one
brand name without sacrificing the equity of the
local names. Further, SCI mandated an aggressive budget reduction.
Together we developed a plan that positions Dignity Memorial as
a leader in service, quality and value in the US and Canada, and Saxton-Ferris
met the budget requirements |
